Aruba Trading Company considers Sale and Marketing as the heart of their operation. To create proper focus on all brands tho portfolio is divided in three categories: 1 Liquors, 2 Wine, Beer & Mineral Water, 3. Non Beverage. Each department is managed by a motivated professionals who believe in their products and go out of their way to ensure their products are well represented in the market. The Managers have divided the top 20 customers of the company among themselves and are personally in charge of those customers to ensure that they get the best service and attention to their needs.
The Sales team consists of 8 representatives who are divided in two sub groups: Beverage & Tobacco; 5 representatives and Cosmetics; 2 The 8th representative works as a telephone sales operator for both sub groups. For beverage and Tobacco the team is divided by areas: Hotels and Delis, Restaurants, Off Trade Local (2 representatives) and Off Trade Large supermarkets. All representatives are well trained and receive constant product knowledge and sales training to ensure are up to date with regard to the portfolio, current trends, sales techniques and strategies.
The Sales & Marketing Department has a dedicated Event Coordinator who reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Managers. The Event Coordinator is responsible for all events, product displays, branding, off-trade product tasting/sampling and proper merchandising. |
