Sandy soil and drip/flat irrigation combined with a dry and continental climate with good sun exposure allowing for perfect ripening. Vine cultivated by 100% vertical shoot position trellising.
Harvest details: picked by hand from March 20th.

Tasting Notes
Penetrating dark red, presenting with a robust combination of aromatic herbs, pepper and red fruit. The palate is full of personality, with delectably sweet tannins.
